Special Introductory Package

One time offer for new clients includes initial postural assessment, evaluation and five one-hour private sessions geared toward your needs.  You are introduced to the fundamentals and principles of Pilates as well as some of the equipment.  We will discuss your personal goals to help plan the direction of your Pilates experience.

Initial Consultation:  1 Session $35

Intro Special Private or Semi-Private*: 5 Sessions, each $43

Total Introduction Package Fee — $250

 

Private or Semi-Private* Session Fees

1 Session $55 — 5 Sessions each $50 — 10 Sessions each $45

(*Semi-Private fee is 1/2 Private fee per person)

 

Group Mat Class 

Walk-in $12 - 8 class registration $10 each (3 min/4 max class)

 

Sessions include the use of "props" like a foam roller, mini ball, stability ball, flex band, Magic Circle, Spine corrector, etc.

 

• Sessions and classes are 55 minutes.

• Water bottles only permitted in the studio, please.

• Wear comfortable exercise clothes and please wear socks.

• Realine Pilates accepts cash and personal checks for services, payable on site, payable to Sharon O'Donnell.

• The client is responsible for fees associated with any returned checks.

• Classes / packages are non-transferable.

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated for all sessions.

• If your duet partner cancels, you have the option to book a private session.
